About Us:
Independent Patient Advocates in Sanur
Sanur Medical Concierge is an independent patient-navigation
service for international patients treated at Bali International
Hospital in KEK Sanur — founded to give medical travellers one
accountable, credentialed advocate who works for the patient, not the
hospital. We are not a hospital, an agency reselling treatment
packages, or an anonymous booking platform. We are a named team that
coordinates the entire non-clinical journey — record review,
appointments, the Indonesia medical visa, transfers, accommodation and
recovery — with transparency and a refusal to compromise on safety. This
page tells you who we are, why we exist, and how our independence
protects you.
Choosing a trusted medical concierge in Bali should start with
knowing exactly who will handle your care journey and what they are
accountable for. So we put our names, credentials and principles in the
open.

Why we exist
Medical travel breaks in the gaps between systems — the unanswered
email across time zones, the visa applied for too late, the discharge
with no nurse waiting. We watched capable, anxious patients lose money
and risk their health to those gaps, and we built a service whose only
purpose is to close them.
Just as importantly, we saw a conflict of interest baked into much of
the industry. Many “facilitators” are sales channels paid by hospitals,
which quietly shapes their advice. We chose a different model: an
independent facilitator paid a transparent coordination
fee by the patient, free to give neutral guidance — including telling
you when treatment in Bali is not right for your case. That independence
is not a tagline; it is the entire design of the business.
Our care team
Director of
International Patient Services
Our service is led by Ni Luh Ayu Pradnyawati, S.Kep., Ns.,
MPH — a registered nurse (Ners) with a Master of Public Health
and more than a decade coordinating cross-border patient care in Bali.
Her clinical training means she understands the medical realities behind
a treatment plan; her public-health background means she thinks in terms
of systems, safety and outcomes. She personally oversees the standards
every patient journey is held to. Her professional registration is
available on request, in keeping with our commitment to visible
credentials.
Patient coordinators
Each patient is assigned a named coordinator who owns their case from
first inquiry to final handover. Coordinators manage the logistics,
communication and scheduling, and they are your single, accountable
point of contact. You will never be bounced between a chatbot, a call
centre and a hotel desk.
Named medical reviewers
For higher-risk content and pathways — oncology, cardiac and
fertility care — we work with named, licensed Indonesian
specialists (Sp.) who medically review the relevant material
and care pathways. Where content has been clinically reviewed, it is
labelled “Medically reviewed by” with the reviewer named. We hold this
site to a Your Money or Your Life standard because medical decisions
deserve nothing less.
What independence means in
practice
Our independence shows up in concrete ways:
- Neutral recommendations. Because no hospital pays
us a commission, we can compare options and recommend against Bali when
your case calls for it. We have done so, and we always will. - Transparent pricing. We publish pricing ranges and
separate our coordination fee from the hospital’s clinical charges. You
see what you pay for. - Honest accreditation language. We describe Bali
International Hospital as delivering international-standard care on an
accreditation pathway, and we never overstate accreditation to close a
sale. Details are on our trust and
accreditation page. - Strict scope. We coordinate; we never diagnose,
prescribe or give medical advice. That boundary protects you.
How we protect your
data and your trust
Your medical records are sensitive personal health data, and we treat
them accordingly. Documents are collected and shared only with your
written consent, only with the relevant clinical department, and handled
under a clear privacy protocol. We explain exactly who sees your
information and why. Trust, for a medical concierge, is built on this
kind of discipline as much as on a warm welcome.
Medical disclaimer. Sanur Medical Concierge is a
non-clinical patient-facilitation service. We coordinate appointments,
visas, transfers, accommodation and recovery. We do not provide
diagnoses, prescriptions or medical advice. All clinical decisions are
made by licensed specialists at the treating hospital. Information on
this site is general and not a substitute for professional medical
consultation.
Our promise to patients
- We tell you the truth — about suitability, cost and
risk — even when it loses us the booking. - We name our people and put their credentials in the
open. - We coordinate with care and stay reachable through
your recovery. - We protect your data and your dignity at every
step.

Frequently asked questions
Are you part of Bali International Hospital? No. We
are an independent patient-navigation service. We coordinate care at
Bali International Hospital and other accredited providers on the
patient’s behalf, which lets us give neutral, conflict-free
guidance.
Who leads Sanur Medical Concierge? Our Director of
International Patient Services is Ni Luh Ayu Pradnyawati, S.Kep., Ns.,
MPH — a registered nurse with a Master of Public Health and over a
decade in cross-border patient care. She oversees the standards behind
every patient journey.
How do I know I can trust your advice? Our
independence is structural: we are paid a transparent coordination fee
by the patient, not a commission by any hospital. That means we can
recommend against treatment in Bali when it is the right call, and we
have. See our trust and
accreditation page.
Do you give medical advice? No. We are a
facilitator. All diagnoses, prescriptions and clinical decisions are
made by licensed specialists. Higher-risk content is medically reviewed
by named licensed specialists, but we never substitute for a
consultation.
How do you handle my medical records? We collect and
share records only with your written consent, only with the relevant
clinical department, under a clear privacy protocol. Your health data is
treated as confidential at every step.
What makes you a trusted medical concierge in Bali?
Named, credentialed people; transparent pricing; honest accreditation
language; strict ethical scope; and a willingness to tell patients the
truth. We put all of it in the open precisely so you can judge for
yourself.
